LBH Solutions LLC ("LBH Solutions," "we," "us") provides consulting, technology products (StrategyPilot AI, ClinicalScript AI, and Agency HQ), website development, and staff training services to behavioral health organizations. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites and products and how we handle it.
Demo and contact forms. If you submit a request-demo or contact form, we collect the details you provide (for example, name, email, phone number, agency name, and your message) so we can respond to your inquiry.
Training portal. When a staff member completes a training pre-test or post-test, we record the submissions provided (name, credential/role, date, score, and answers) and route them to the agency's supervisors and training administrators. We do not ask for, and staff should not enter, protected health information (PHI) in our products or training portals. See our Trust & Security page for our zero-PHI architecture.
Local storage. Our training portal stores a flag in your browser's local storage (only whether the training access PIN was entered) to avoid asking for it repeatedly. No other personal data is stored in your browser by our sites.
Standard technical data. Our hosting provider collects standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and site operation.
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, administer trainings, maintain security and compliance records, and — where you have asked us to — send communications about our products. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as hosting and productivity platforms). Our current service providers are listed on our Trust & Security page, including our use of Google services under a Google Workspace Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for covered AI processing.
Contact and demo inquiries are retained as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a business relationship. Training results and compliance records are retained as required by our client agencies' compliance programs and applicable Ohio behavioral health record rules. You may ask us to delete your inquiry information by emailing alash@lbhsolutions.org.
You can decline to submit our forms, ask us to correct or delete your information, and clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove the training PIN flag. If you are a resident of a state with specific privacy rights (such as Ohio's data protections or CCPA), contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted to this page.
